Used premier nights for myself & future daughter-in-law with another friend of mine joining us in the room. UVC rep Nika was at the entrance to welcome us & check us into the resort. We were given a room upgrade plus upgraded to XHale club. When taken to our room, a birthday banner was on the door, and inside was a birthday cake, a bottle of champagne & a plate of fresh fruit. We were also given a $100 spa certificate & certificate for a free hydrotherapy certificate, use of beach Bali bed for a day and catamaran excursion with snorkeling & floating bar.
