The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the service and bar staff couldn&#8217;t be better. As UVC members, we were upgraded to a suite and the employees on-site (Oscar and Helios) provided great assistance, were always available and did not pressure us for sales meetings. They invited us on a UVC members-only boat cruise which turned out to be a highlight of the trip.
