All the staff we had contacted at the resort were great. We are UVC members. UVC Staff Oscar and his assistance (sorry I am not sure of his name) were helpful and want to be sure we are happy with everything. Some of the more outstanding service people were Alfonso at Portofino, Mario the lifeguard, Jose at Seaside Grill, and the young man at the front desk at the Spa. There are many others that I didn&#8217;t get their names.
