Make no mistake, no place is perfect, and any truly honest traveler will tell you that it is about the people. The people at this location have been great. We are five days into a seven day visit, and my entire family is quite happy.<\/p>\n
We purchased a membership and are already planning to return to the same property, within the next two months. There are so many people who work to make it a great experience; from Polo when we checked in, to Helios our membership coordinator to Hortencia at Coco Cafe. We chatted, every evening of our stay, with Korey at Coco Cafe. She took an interest in our children and we talked about our different cultures and the nuances of language. We are assured that you will meet many more people and have the same refreshing experience.<\/p>\n
Finally, we especially appreciated Valeria and Jazmin at the \u201cExplorer\u2019s Club\u201d the on-site daycare facility for kids. Here, the children are closely watched and cared for, as if they were family. Our children routinely requested to go, because of the number of fun-filled activities (tennis, arts, and crafts, etc) the presence of other well behaved children and the gentle nature of Jazmin and Valeria. During our stay, we had time to engage in alone-time activities like yoga, swimming, and fun in the sun, because we were able to trust Valencia and Jazmin to look after them with such genuine kindness.<\/p>\n
