The service at the hotel is impeccable, from the maids and porters to the Preferred Club staff, to the bartenders and servers. Josafat Hernandez led a wonderful team at the Preferred Club beach, where we were always well taken care of and felt like VIPs. Helios Cueto and Oscar Real in Preferred Guest Services made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed the members-only boat cruise in Cabo San Lucas harbor! The Dreams Los Cabos property is nicely updated and well-appointed. We enjoyed the great drinks and good food at all the restaurants, particularly Bordeaux.
