We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Los Cabos in early December – although it started out bumpy. When we arrived, we had some concerns with our room booked for us by phone with UVC in August. We requested a Family Junior Suite Oceanview for the extra bathroom and private king bedroom – which is what we had booked when we stayed in the resort in the Spring of 2018. When we arrived we were placed in a Junior Suite Ocean View and told that it had been upgraded – which didn’t make sense given the layout of the room. We brought our concerns to Oscar and he immediately began to see what he could do. Within 24 hours, Oscar had found us the room that we expected. Oscar and Helios worked hard to ensure that our needs were addressed and that our stay was everything that we hoped.
