We traveled Feb 22 to Mar 2, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Club<br \/>\nPreferred only beach area<br \/>\nPreferred lounge requires the key entry<br \/>\nBehind preferred check-in is a lounge area w tables. They serve lighter breakfast, lunch and appetizers\/desserts.<br \/>\nPreferred only fire pit directly behind the lounge.<br \/>\nThe view is tropical it is beside tennis court and guest rooms, but not much wind because it is protected. Super nice evening sitting out.<br \/>\nStars are amazing.<br \/>\nCarlos is an awesome 19 yo working Preferred desk. Great smile, super helpful and respectful. Hard worker. Pretty sure he&#8217;ll be advancing positions soon.<br \/>\nPreferred rooms are closer to the adult-only pool. Same rooms as non-preferred just slightly quieter area.<br \/>\nMusic every evening until 10 can enjoy from the balcony or around the fire pit or from the lobby bar.<br \/>\nManuel at preferred Bar made us special coffee every day. He was very kind and attentive.<\/p>\n<p>UVC Reps<br \/>\nOscar and Helios Cueto were great to help us. They asked our activities daily and gave us tips or personally assisted us in any way they could.<br \/>\nHelios gave us a personal tour one day. Can\u2019t say enough good things about these guys. They are family.<br \/>\nOscar was also a huge help in making we stay a dream.<br \/>\nMario Armando Villanueva Mendoza is the Regional Manager of Cabo UVC Resorts. Top-notch guy. Man of his word. He treated us like family.
