This is a top-notch Dreams! We were 2 couples traveling childfree and had an amazing week stay. UVC at this resort is very personable and attentive to members. Helios from UVC was amazing all week long, anything we needed he took care of, he checked in with us every day to make sure we were having a great time. The preferred beach is top-notch service all day long with Josafat, he takes care of your every need, drinks, shots that are so yummy, lunch delivery, towels and great conversation he is your man!! We were treated like queens and kings!! Thank you for doting on us all week Josafat!! He is also a waiter at the Seaside Grill in the evening and provides the same great experience! If you want the best massage EVER ask for Magy!! Small strong hands, best massage EVER, and I get a lot of massages! Ok, so serious business now, the best lobby bar bartender is Nohemi in the evening, this is the only resort we have been to ( and we have to many, Secrets included) that the lobby bar makes the best drinks ever!! She makes an amazing chocolate martini, manhattans, cosmopolitans, duck farts, and Mexican Coffee&#8230;her service and mixology are worth the wait on line!<br \/>\nWe loved the food here! Mixed reviews you will have to decide for yourself but we enjoyed all the restaurants!! You will be very well taken care of at this resort, great for families and for adults.
