Overall this hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly, everyone says hi to you. However, the service in the restaurants is very poor. the first night we were there we ate at Oceania, very disappointed. We were totally ignored. After finishing our last course we sat for over 15 minutes waiting for our plates to be removed and to order dessert and coffee. No one came and our waiter, along with the rest of them seemed to have disappeared. We finally just left. The service in the Seaside Grill, by comparison, was excellent especially Cecilia in the afternoon and Nelson in the evening. Our last day we ate at the Buffet. After waiting for coffee for over 15 minutes, one of us finally had to get up from the table and physically bring someone over to the table with the coffee pot. All of the wait staff was standing around talking to each other and ignoring the tables, even when they acknowledged you, they would then turn around and continue talking to each other, one waitress, actually waived and then walked away and went outside to stand and look at the ocean. The food is fair, nothing to rave at. We spent two days at Secrets and the quality of food and service was by far over and above Dreams.
\nThe beds are amazing at Dreams. Our room was very clean. Bartenders were friendly. If you want to sit at the Adults only pool I would recommend you get there early for a chair.<\/p>\n
