We have traveled to Aruba, Punta Cana, Panama and Cura\u00e7ao and Secrets Los Cabos is without a doubt the Best Resort we have stayed so far and it\u2019s not even close. The Resort is Beautiful and very well maintained by all the Grounds Crew who work very hard every day. The Customer Service is off the Charts Fantastic! Every Restaurant or Bar or even in the Lobby the Secrets Staff go out of there way to ask if your stay is ok or if u need anything at all. The rooms are very clean and Modern. Very nice touch by the UVC Staff decorating our Bed and Floor with Rose Peddles and Candles leading to a very nice Bubble Bath in our Jacuzzi. Food&#8230; Is off the Charts amazing! The Flavor in every bite at all the Restaurants and Grill at the Pool. I\u2019m missing the Mexican Coffee and Green Juice every morning for sure. We would like to say a special Thank You to Diego our UVC Representative who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Several emails leading up to our Trip and throughout our 7-day stay. He made sure we had whatever we needed to have this incredible vacation. Diego and his crew organized a very nice Sunset Cruise to the Arches for all the UVC Members. Truly a pleasure to have him as our Representative. We have been Silver UVC Members since July 2016 and we Upgraded to Platinum during our stay. We would like to recognize Miguel and Andres in helping us with our Upgrade. Awesome guys! Carlos Prado took great care of us at the UVC Pool each and every day with a smile on his face. Nidia in the Coffee Shop was incredibly Friendly and helpful to all the Guest. Capitan Esther the Manager of the Market Cafe was very good to us&#8230; always greeting us every morning with a Smile. Antonio Hernandez was a very hard worker in the Buffet. We can\u2019t wait to come back as soon as possible.
