Briana was very helpful with our reservation and follow up emails. This resort was great all around, we went as a guest of a preferred Member and really enjoyed the upgraded room and all the wonderful restaurants including the Oceana where Felix our waiter took great care of us! Best Margarita&#8217;s Thanks Felix and for getting us a great seat for the Fire show by the pool. Thanks to Maria our maid and the in-room bar service room 3215. Also, the 24hour room service was amazing!<br \/>\nWe were treated like royalty by all the staff.<br \/>\nI can&#8217;t thank Christian Hadad for the concierge enough for all his help in retrieving my lost C pap machine from the Airport! My Travel agent Lori Oschanney from Windsor, Ont. tracked down my lost machine from the Cancun airport and Christian helped me arrange to get it there so they both saved my Vacation! Best resort I have ever been too! My boyfriend played some golf which was a beautiful course and we had a spa day with couples Massage both great experiences!
