The grounds are lush with swaying palm trees and spectacular floral displays. Check-in at the Preferred Club was seamless, and our Preferred Ocean View Room was spectacular\u2014with Birthday and UVC banners making us feel like royalty. The room\u2019s view of the gardens, Preferred Pool, and ocean was an amazing entrance to paradise. We&#8217;re frequent guests of Secrets resorts since becoming Gold Plus members six years and seven vacations ago. We wouldn&#8217;t choose any other way to travel! The food at every UVC resort is gourmet, and the service is out of this world; we have always been treated better than royalty. Every staff member, from the concierge to the UVC Representative, bellmen, waiters, butlers, bartenders, and spa staff, is second to none. Words cannot describe how excellent our experiences have been.
