We had our update meeting and discussed upgrading from silver to gold but didn&#8217;t come to an agreement. Atef stayed in contact with us throughout our stay and made us feel appreciated and like family. Right before we departed the resort we sat down and discussed final terms for an upgrade and came to terms for our upgrade.
