It was crazy! The UVC team (especially Karina!) was super helpful when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay a couple of extra days. It made me so proud that I became a UVC member as my family was a bit rattled by the storm. They commented multiple times how the UVC team really helped to lessen their worries.
