These recognitions continue to reflect the operational focus and service culture that teams bring to life across our resorts.

AAA Five Diamond Distinctions

Impression Isla Mujeres and Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres were recognized with the AAA Five Diamond designation, one of the highest levels of distinction in the hospitality industry.

Additionally, several properties successfully maintained their Five Diamond status, including Impression Moxché by Secrets, Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, and Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen.
