Social Media Content Use Terms & Conditions**
By submitting or sharing any content with Unlimited Vacation Club (including but not limited to photos, videos, testimonials, comments, captions, written stories, voice recordings, or any other materials) through social media, email, website forms, direct messages, or any official UVC platform, you agree to the following:
1. Content Ownership & Authorization
You represent and warrant that:
– You are the original creator of the submitted content, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to share it.
– The content does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights.
– Any individuals appearing in the content have granted permission for its use.
2. Rights Granted to Unlimited Vacation Club
By submitting or tagging Unlimited Vacation Club in your content, you grant Unlimited Vacation Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable right to:
– Use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, and otherwise use the content in any format or media now known or later developed.
– Use the content for marketing, advertising, promotional, public relations, testimonial, commercial, and informational purposes.
– Use your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information in connection with the content.
This usage may occur across:
– Official Unlimited Vacation Club social media channels
– Official Unlimited Vacation Club websites
– Digital campaigns
– Email marketing
– Paid media advertising
– Printed materials
– Internal presentations or promotional collateral
No additional compensation, notice, approval, or review will be required unless prohibited by law.
3. Content Modification
Unlimited Vacation Club reserves the right to edit or adapt submitted content for formatting, clarity, brand consistency, or promotional purposes, while maintaining the integrity of the original message.
4. No Obligation to Publish
Submission of content does not guarantee publication. Unlimited Vacation Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select, decline, or remove any content at any time.
5. Release of Liability
By submitting content, you release and hold harmless Unlimited Vacation Club and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the submitted content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and Mexico.
7. Privacy
Any personal information submitted in connection with your content will be handled in accordance with the Unlimited Vacation Club Privacy Policy available on the official website.
