Trivia Rules:
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST BE A UVC MEMBER TO WIN.

1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at https://a.cstmapp.com/p/937402, https://a.cstmapp.com/p/936873, https://a.cstmapp.com/p/942866, https://a.cstmapp.com/p/944513 & https://a.cstmapp.com/p/939214 who are 18 or older as of the date of entry. The First-place prize of all UVC Contests is exclusive to first-time winners with a different UVC membership number. All other applicable prizes may be won by past winners. The Campaign is only open to Unlimited Vacation Club Members (will be verified by entering membership number) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Unlimited Vacation Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Unlimited Vacation Club as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting November 13, 2022, and ending on November 27, 2022; campaigns (may or not) are renewing every 30 days until further notice, so participants can try every month. To be eligible to win, all online entries must be received by August 11, 2022.
4. How to Enter: To participate, the UVC member must follow the verification form and check the boxes of terms and conditions provided for the MATCH IT game at https://a.cstmapp.com/p/937402 and for the UVC PRIZE WHEEL https://a.cstmapp.com/p/936873. Your entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. For MATCH IT: Matching the logos of the resorts of the AMR Collection with its selected picture in 3 different labels with limited time and moves. 2 chances per month. For the UVC PRIZE WHEEL, just turn the wheel for a chance to win a prize up to 5 times per month. For SLIDE & MATCH https://a.cstmapp.com/p/939214, slide 3 or more similar figures to match them and earn points in the least possible moves and time. For “U PUZZLE” https://a.cstmapp.com/p/942866 solve the picture puzzle in less time and moves. You have 5 opportunities. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Unlimited Vacation Club. For “3 HIDDEN KEYS” https://a.cstmapp.com/p/944513 user has to find in the picture the 3 hidden objects to be able to show up in the ranking, therefore by winning the first place earn the prize. 2 opportunities only. You may play only once in the entire month running. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Unlimited Vacation Club.
5. Prizes: UVC Members who have the highest public ranking in MATCH IT (the “Winners”) (the “Winner”) will receive: a certificate with a 1-Night Stay (Reward Night) for 2 people All-inclusive at a 1X1 UVC resort by the AMR Collection. For SLIDE & MATCH (the “Winners”) (the “Winner”) will receive a certificate with a 1-Night Stay (Reward Night) for 2 people All-inclusive at a 1X1 UVC resort by the AMR Collection. Members that win a prize in THE UVC PRIZE WHEEL are eligible to win 50, 100, and up to 200 USD Spa certificates (when available). For U PUZZLE and 3 HIDDEN KEYS (the “Winners”) (the “Winner”) will receive a certificate with a 1-Night Stay (Reward Night) for 2 people All-inclusive at a 1X1 UVC resort by the AMR Collection.The actual/estimated value may vary at the time of prize delivery. The specific characteristics of the prize will be determined by Unlimited Vacation Club only. Cash redemption or prize substitution is not permitted. The prize is not transferable. Any expenses related to the prize, including, but not limited to, any federal, state, and/or local taxes, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to third parties or request by the Winner to receive their prize in cash is not permitted. The acceptance of the prize constitutes the express authorization for Unlimited Vacation Club to use the name and image of the Winner, and their participation for advertising and commercial purposes without the right to payment of compensation, unless it is legally prohibited.
6. Odds: The odds of winning in MATCH IT, U PUZZLE, 3 HIDDEN KEYS and SLIDE & MATCH depend on the number of points achieved by the correct matches at the best time and moves. To pass to the next level, you must achieve 800 points. On the UVC PRZIE WHEEL, the number of times you turn the wheel and surprise schedule every month.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: The 3 HIDDEN KYES game takes place from November 13-27, 2022 and (may or not) auto-renew until canceled every 30 days during 2022. The Social Media team will select the winner based on their fulfillment for meeting the overall intent of the contest and announce it officially on our Facebook fan page on September 21 2022. NO VOTING IS REQUIRED, ONLY PLAYING THE GAME. Unlimited Vacation Club shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by the Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT Unlimited Vacation Club ‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Unlimited Vacation Club, anyone acting on behalf of Unlimited Vacation Club, and Unlimited Vacation Club’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice review, or consent. By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Unlimited Vacation Club. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute an infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unlimited Vacation Club from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense, which Unlimited Vacation Club may incur, suffer, or be required to pay to arise out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
9. Terms & Conditions: Unlimited Vacation Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Unlimited Vacation Club’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. The club may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Unlimited Vacation Club. Unlimited Vacation Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Unlimited Vacation Club has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Unlimited Vacation Club reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Unlimited Vacation Club and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries
11. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United States of America AND Mexico WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States of America having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Unlimited Vacation Club website.
13. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Campaign is the Unlimited Vacation Club.
14. Facebook: If you use Facebook to communicate or administer a contest or sweepstakes, include the following: The Campaign hosted by Unlimited Vacation Club is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
    15. By participating in the contest, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules & Regulations.
15. The Contest Platform System will indicate if Robot and/or Email Generator systems are used to cast extra bonus points. To maintain the fairness of the contest, participants using these methods to increase their points will be automatically disqualified when determining the winners at the end of the month.
