How can UVC members identify suspicious messages claiming to be from RCI?
Messages claiming to be from RCI should always be reviewed carefully before you respond, click a link, or share personal information. RCI will not contact members to buy, rent, or sell timeshare ownership, deposited RCI weeks, RCI Points, or “extra” or “bonus” weeks.
UVC members should also be cautious of unexpected requests for RCI.com usernames, passwords, or other account information. When in doubt, verify the communication through an official RCI or Unlimited Vacation Club channel before taking action.
