Verify Payment and Reservation Requests

How can UVC members verify a payment or reservation request?

Unexpected messages about payments, reservation changes, or account updates should always be verified before taking action. UVC members can help protect their personal and payment information by confirming unexpected requests through an official Unlimited Vacation Club channel.

Your next journey should begin with confidence

Before confirming a payment or reservation update, verify the request through an official UVC channel.

As the season continues and members plan upcoming vacations, last summer getaways, and future journeys, it is important to stay alert to unexpected messages involving reservations, payments, account updates, or non-existent promotions.

Message alert on a phone
“Your reservation requires an urgent payment update.”

Be cautious if a message claims your reservation may be canceled, changed, or placed on hold unless you act immediately. Do not provide payment information through an unexpected link, call, text message, WhatsApp conversation, or social media message. Access your account directly or contact UVC through an official channel.

“UVC has changed its payment process.”

Always verify unexpected changes involving:

  • • Bank account information
  • • Payment links or platforms
  • • Beneficiary names
  • • Deposit instructions

Do not rely on the contact details included in the same message. Confirm the request separately through an official UVC channel.

Familiar Details Are Not Proof

A fraudulent message may include your name, resort, travel dates, or membership details. Scammers may also imitate logos, email addresses, telephone numbers, and even familiar voices. Knowing information about your membership does not prove that someone is authorized to request information or payment. Before making a payment or approving a change, take a moment to verify the request independently.
